Oh my gosh, so excited! Finally! It just happened recently. Rates are coming down. The Feds decided, what half a basis point? No, it was 50 basis points. Regardless, it was 0.5. I don’t know that it’s going to turn out to be that good for you guys just yet. We’re going in the right direction, which means more listings are coming to market, more buyers are coming to market. And if you’ve been thinking about it for a while, I wouldn’t wait any longer because it’s only going to continue to get crazier and crazier. Our phones have started ringing off the hook.
