More than three decades
Rebecca's Arizona Department of Real Estate record includes employment history reaching back to 1995 and a broker license issued in 1998. Her experience spans new-home sales, brokerage leadership, changing markets and the practical questions that come with a move.
Builder side
Her Arizona license history documents work with Trend Homes during the 2001–2007 period. That builder-side experience helps when buyers compare lot maps, floor plans, construction timelines and the difference between a model-home presentation and the actual purchase.
Place before house
Hidalgo is intentionally organized around communities and ways of living before inventory. Rebecca's job is not to make every property sound exciting. It is to help a client understand the setting, the tradeoffs and the ownership reality well enough to know what deserves attention.
The transaction
