Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the Hidalgo Real Estate Group website and website-related communications with Rebecca Rei Hidalgo. Hidalgo Real Estate Group operates as a real-estate team affiliated with EveryPlace, the licensed DBA of EveryPlace Collective LLC. Brokerage and transaction activities may also be subject to EveryPlace policies, Arizona real-estate requirements, MLS or data-provider rules, and transaction-specific notices.

Information you choose to provide

The current website does not require a website-hosted contact form in order to reach Rebecca. If you email, call or text, you choose the information you provide. Depending on the conversation, that may include your name, email address, telephone number, property interests, preferred locations, housing needs, timing, financing-related context you choose to share, information about a property you own, or other details included in your message.

Do not send sensitive financial credentials, government identification numbers, account passwords or other information that is not reasonably needed for an initial real-estate conversation.

Open-house visits and requests

When you check in or request information through an open-house page, we collect the name, email or phone number, agent status, message and other optional details you submit. These records are stored in our private team workspace using Supabase and used to manage the visit and respond to your request. Optional home-search follow-up permission is recorded separately and is not required to ask about the property. We do not automatically enroll you in marketing texts or emails.

The open-house tool counts page arrivals using a random browser-session identifier and records whether the visit came through a QR link. It does not record your private room notes or favorites: those remain in your browser and are not included in the team record or shared home link. You can clear them in the tool or your browser settings.

Vercel and Supabase help host, secure and store the tool and its records. Access to submitted contact information is limited to authorized team members. To request access, correction or deletion of your submitted information, contact Rebecca; records required for a transaction or other legal obligations may need to be retained.

Technical and website information

When the site is requested, hosting, security and content-delivery systems may receive technical information needed to serve and protect the website. This can include IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, date and time, referring page, network information, and ordinary request or error-log data. Some images, media or linked services may also be delivered by third parties and can create direct browser connections to those providers.

Analytics

With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and page usage. Rebecca Rei, Hidalgo Real Estate Group, Rooted in Gratitude and Kismet share an analytics property so we can understand navigation between these four websites. Google may use analytics cookies and process technical information such as browser and device details, page paths and referral information. Advertising personalization is disabled in our website tag.

Analytics is optional. Choose Accept analytics or Decline in the notice, or use Analytics preferences to change your choice. Your choice is stored in this browser for this website; each domain asks separately. Declining does not prevent you from using the site or contacting us. We do not send contact-form names, email addresses, phone numbers or message contents as analytics events.

Authorized operators may access analytics reporting through Windsor.ai. Google’s own processing is explained in its privacy policy.

How information may be used

Information may be used to respond to a request; provide or discuss requested real-estate services; communicate about properties, communities, builders or transactions; maintain business and brokerage records; operate, secure and improve the website; measure aggregate site usage; prevent misuse or fraud; comply with legal, regulatory, brokerage or MLS obligations; and establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

When information may be disclosed

Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to EveryPlace, transaction coordinators, title or escrow providers, inspectors, lenders, builders, attorneys, accountants, photographers, contractors or other professionals involved at your request or as reasonably necessary for a transaction or service you request. It may also be processed by hosting, analytics, email, communications, security and technology providers that support website or business operations.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, court order, regulatory process, professional obligation, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security or the integrity of the website and business.

Sale, sharing and targeted advertising

Hidalgo Real Estate Group does not sell personal information to advertisers. The current site does not intentionally use Meta Pixel, Google advertising tags or similar cross-site advertising pixels. Ordinary service-provider processing, aggregate analytics, transaction-related disclosures and user-directed disclosures are not presented here as advertising sales.

If the site later adds targeted-advertising technology, audience uploads, conversion APIs or materially different tracking, this policy and any required privacy-choice mechanisms should be reviewed before that processing is launched.

Calls, texts and email

If you initiate a call, text or email, Rebecca may respond through that channel. Starting a one-to-one conversation does not by itself enroll you in an automated or recurring marketing-text program. If a recurring or automated SMS marketing program is introduced later, it should use a separate consent process, maintain consent records and provide appropriate opt-out instructions before launch.

Non-required marketing communications may be stopped by following the unsubscribe or opt-out method provided with the message, or by contacting Rebecca directly.

Real-estate, MLS and listing information

Property and market information may come from Rebecca, public records, builders, associations, listing agents, MLS-related sources or other third parties. Website display of a listing, community or market fact does not itself mean the underlying source is controlled by Hidalgo Real Estate Group. MLS, IDX or listing-data providers may impose their own data-use, attribution, display, refresh and retention requirements.

Featured-property pages may use a dated information snapshot rather than a live feed. Property status, price, measurements, fees, availability and other material facts should be independently confirmed before reliance.

Third-party websites and services

The site may link to or reference government records, review platforms, maps, social networks, video platforms, community organizations, builders, lenders, inspectors and other independent services. When you visit or use an independent service, that provider's own privacy practices apply. A link does not mean Hidalgo Real Estate Group controls that provider's data practices.

Retention

Information is retained for periods reasonably related to the purpose for which it was received, legitimate business and brokerage recordkeeping, transaction requirements, dispute prevention, security, legal obligations and applicable retention rules. Different records may require different retention periods. Suppression or opt-out records may be retained as needed to honor a request not to receive marketing.

Security

Reasonable administrative, technical and operational safeguards are used to protect information appropriate to the nature of the systems involved. No website, email system, telephone network, cloud service or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Visitors should use care when deciding what information to transmit electronically.

State privacy rights and requests

Depending on where you live and whether an applicable privacy law covers the relevant processing, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or other treatment of personal information. Rights and exceptions vary by jurisdiction and are not represented here as universal. Requests may be sent to rebecca@hidalgoregroup.com. Reasonable verification may be required before a request is completed.

If future processing creates a legally required opt-out right for sale, sharing or targeted advertising, the website should implement the corresponding choice mechanism, including qualifying browser-based opt-out signals where applicable, rather than relying on a cosmetic link alone.

Children's privacy

This website is directed to adults seeking real-estate and housing information and is not designed to collect personal information from children under 13. Event or family-oriented content does not change that intended audience. If a future registration or submission flow is directed to minors, the privacy design should be reviewed before launch.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as website tools, vendors, data practices or legal requirements change. Material operational changes should be reflected here when implemented. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
